Driving Directions

The Turning Point Admissions office is located in the historic Palladium Building at 139 Orange Street in the heart of of downtown New Haven. Conveniently situated behind the Robert N. Giaimo Federal Building, we are easily accessible from both I-91 and I-95. Modern, covered parking is available at  the 360 State Street Parking garage adjacent to the Palladium Building and metered parking is available on Orange and Chapel Street.

From New York City and points South

1. Take I-95 NORTH toward New Haven.
2. Merge onto CT-34 WEST via EXIT 47 toward Downtown/New Haven.
3. Take EXIT 1 toward Downtown/New Haven.
4. Stay straight onto N Frontage Rd.
5. Turn right onto Church St.  (If you reach Temple St, you’ve gone about 0.1 miles too far).
6. Turn right onto Elm St. (Elm St is 0.1 miles past Chapel St. If you reach Wall St, you’ve gone  too far).
7. Take the 2nd right onto State St/US-5 S. (State St is just past Orange St)
8. 360 State Street Parking garage is on the right (Just past Court St).
9. Exit the parking garage via “Stairwell E: Pitkin Plaza”.
10. Cross Pitkin Plaza to Orange St. (139 Orange Street is on the left)
11. Enter 139 Orange St and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
12. Turning Point offices are located to your right upon exiting the elevator.

From New London, Providence, Boston and points North/East

1. Take I-95 SOUTH toward New Haven.

1. Take I-91 SOUTH toward New Haven.
2. Take EXIT 3 Trumbull Street.
3. At the light, turn left onto Orange St. (If you are on Trumbull St and reach Lincoln St you’ve gone too far)
4. Take the 2nd left onto Grove St.
5. Take the 1st right onto State St/US-5 S. (Trinity Baptist Church is on the corner. If you are on William St and reach Osborn St,  you’ve gone about 0.2 miles too far)
6. 360 State Street Parking garage is on the right (Just past Court St).
7. Exit the parking garage via “Stairwell E: Pitkin Plaza”.
8. Cross Pitkin Plaza to Orange St. (139 Orange Street is on the left)
9. Enter 139 Orange St and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
10. Turning Point offices are located to your right upon exiting the elevator.
