Turning Point Admissions and Administration is located in the historic Palladium Building at 139 Orange Street in the heart of of downtown New Haven. Conveniently situated behind the Robert N. Giaimo Federal Building, we are easily accessible from both I-91 and I-95. Modern, covered parking is available at the 360 State Street Parking garage adjacent to the Palladium Building and metered parking is available on Orange and Chapel Street.
