You’ve probably been told by your counselor, treatment care coordinator, or parents that you need to continue focusing on your recovery for a little while longer…that a 30, 60 or 90 day drug rehab program isn’t enough.
Maybe you’re not sure that you need to go to sober living. You wonder why you just can’t go home – you’ll go to meetings, you won’t hang out with your old friends, you’ll see a therapist.
We understand. Many of us didn’t want to go to sober living either.
Within the framework of a structured, yet supportive community, you are given the time, tools and support to continue healing while learning
to live a new way of life. Within a short period of time, you’ll be working a 12–Step program with a sponsor, finding employment and exploring educational opportunities, and returning home to re–integrate with your family and loved ones.
You’ll also discover that sobriety can be fun. Whether it’s on the ski slopes of Vermont, a camping trip in New Hampshire or jamming in our music recording studio, you’ll build on the gains you made in treatment and put into practice the skills you’ve been taught. Before you know it, you’ll have developed a healthy balanced lifestyle and mastered the skills needed for good decision making and self-sufficiency.
